Submitting this form is the first step in the alteration process but does not book an appointment or reserve your spot in my calendar. I will reply to your email to confirm your spot and discuss the process.
 

Please note that my calendar does fill up quite early.  It is not too soon to reach out to reserve your spot! If you are unable to select your date below, unfortunately I am fully booked for that date and will not be able to fit you in.
